We were there ! From October 13th to 15th, the Saveurs & Savoirs Festival took place in our beloved city of Uzès, an event celebrating French culture and gastronomy.

Flavors and Knowledge Festival

For all tastes and in all its forms, the "Flavors" and the "Knowledge" accompanied this first edition. Both on our plates or through books and cinema, conferences and culinary demonstrations punctuated the weekend. Great names in French gastronomy were present such as the starred Chefs Anne-Sophie Pic, Pierre Gagnaire and Jean-François Piège, Michel Troisgros, all hosted by the duo, Eric De Kermel and François-Régis Gaudry.

It is in its capacity as partner that Maison Pichon Uzès has joined forces with the organisation of the festival, in order to dress the conference area located at the Ombrière with its iconic creations.

Unique pieces such as baskets, services, as well as empty pockets and salad bowls were tastefully chosen to showcase French craftsmanship and tableware.

This event was an opportunity to exchange and showcase our expertise, through moments of sharing and conviviality.

Maison Pichon Uzès is delighted to have been associated with this event and looks forward to sharing with you some memories of these moments spent together.

We would like to thank the entire festival organisation, through its president, Mr Eric de Kermel (Association of Friends of the Place aux Herbes bookshop) and François Régis-Gaudry for their invitation.
